Every puppy receives a comprehensive pre-adoption veterinary examination by a licensed veterinarian.

• Puppies are delivered with:

  • Up-to-date vaccinations

  • Deworming treatments

  • A detailed medical record for your vet

🛡️ Initial Health Guarantee

We guarantee that your puppy is free from serious infectious diseases or congenital conditions at the time of pickup or delivery.

⏱️ 72-Hour Veterinary Check Requirement

To activate your health guarantee:

• You must take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving them.

• If a pre-existing, documented medical issue is found:

  • Notify us immediately with a written veterinary report.

  • Upon confirmation, we may offer:

    • Reimbursement for medical expenses

    • A replacement puppy (equal value, subject to availability)

    • Or another mutually agreed resolution

🧬 Extended Congenital Health Guarantee (1 Year)

• Covers life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions diagnosed within the first year.

• With licensed vet documentation, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value, based on availability.

👩‍⚕️ Owner Responsibilities

To maintain the health guarantee, you must:

• Veterinary Care: Provide timely checkups, vaccinations, and preventive treatments.

• Nutrition & Wellness: Feed a high-quality diet and ensure a safe, loving home.

• Prompt Reporting: Report any health concerns quickly and provide vet documentation.

🚫 What’s Not Covered

Our health guarantee does not include:

• Minor, treatable conditions (e.g., parasites, colds, relocation stress)

• Issues resulting from neglect, improper care, or injury after the puppy is in your custody

• Behavioral traits or personality preferences

🏡 Rehoming Commitment

If you are unable to care for your puppy at any point:

• Please contact us first so we can help rehome your puppy responsibly.

• While we do not offer refunds, this ensures your puppy’s safety and well-being.
