Puppies are delivered with:
Up-to-date vaccinations
Deworming treatments
A detailed medical record for your vet
🛡️ Initial Health Guarantee
We guarantee that your puppy is free from serious infectious diseases or congenital conditions at the time of pickup or delivery.
⏱️ 72-Hour Veterinary Check Requirement
To activate your health guarantee:
You must take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving them.
If a pre-existing, documented medical issue is found:
Notify us immediately with a written veterinary report.
Upon confirmation, we may offer:
Reimbursement for medical expenses
A replacement puppy (equal value, subject to availability)
Or another mutually agreed resolution
🧬 Extended Congenital Health Guarantee (1 Year)
Covers life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions diagnosed within the first year.
With licensed vet documentation, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value, based on availability.
👩⚕️ Owner Responsibilities
To maintain the health guarantee, you must:
Veterinary Care: Provide timely checkups, vaccinations, and preventive treatments.
Nutrition & Wellness: Feed a high-quality diet and ensure a safe, loving home.
Prompt Reporting: Report any health concerns quickly and provide vet documentation.
🚫 What’s Not Covered
Our health guarantee does not include:
Minor, treatable conditions (e.g., parasites, colds, relocation stress)
Issues resulting from neglect, improper care, or injury after the puppy is in your custody
Behavioral traits or personality preferences

If you are unable to care for your puppy at any point:
Please contact us first so we can help rehome your puppy responsibly.
While we do not offer refunds, this ensures your puppy’s safety and well-being.
